This is touchdown Trevor with the Apex Fun Run Team. We just wanted to congratulate every student for their hard work in working to become leaders as a part of the dream team! So far students have completed the first 3 steps and have learned what it means to Dive in, Be Resourceful and Elevate others around them!

There are two more steps next week and that will bring us to the Apex Fun Run which is on Thursday. The challenge for this weekend is the out-of-state challenge. The class that gets the most states pledged will win a pizza part next week! Good luck!

I also want to clarify how pledges work. Each student will run between 26-36 laps at the race. So, if you pledge a dollar amount for every lap, that means you will pay that amount for each lap the student runs. For example, if grandma pledges $1/lap, she will be donating $26-$36 to the school, depending on how many laps the student runs. For flat donations, every $30 is equivalent to $1/lap.
