Applications are available from January 15, 2024 – May 13, 2024

Applications are due in the Front Office on Friday, May 13, 2024 before 4:30 PM

Lottery applicants are strongly encouraged to hand-deliver their completed applications to the front office during its normal business hours (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday). A separate form must be filled out for each child – sibling(s) are not automatically guaranteed acceptance. Please note that all applicants must live within LAUSD boundaries to apply.

On the day of the lottery drawing (no children please), a priority waiting list will be established by a random drawing by grade level. Being on the list does not guarantee admittance to Nestle Ave. Charter Elementary. The number of available seats in each grade level may not be determined until after the start of school, as space becomes available. Once the number of seats is determined, enrollment offers will be made. NOT EVERY GRADE LEVEL WILL HAVE AVAILABLE SEATS.

Those selected will be notified by phone and/or email. Offers must be accepted within three days and the enrollment packet must be returned within one week of the phone call in order to secure enrollment in Nestle Ave. Charter Elementary.

Families will be able to observe the lottery in person, but do not need to be present to be placed on the list.
