Bulletin – April 24th – 28th
- Monday is Holocaust Remembrance Day and Armenian Genocide Day of Remembrance. Our 4th graders begin taking the SBAC tests and will continue all week. Parents make sure they get extra sleep all week and a good breakfast. These tests are very important and we want you to do your very best.
- Tuesday, we have early dismissal and we are having an ELAC meeting at 8:30am in Rm 19, and a PTA meeting from 6-7pm in the auditorium. We’re having PTA elections of the Board. There will be refreshments and gift cards raffle, so make sure to come.
- Wednesday, the Kinders are going on a fieldtrip to the Underwood Farms. There’s also a Parent Appreciation Lunch for parents of students with Perfect Attendance from 1:30-2:30. You should have received an invitation if you are eligible. Orchestra teacher is here as well as Farsi class.
- Thursday, we are having our Monthly Awards Assembly and our music teacher is here.
- Friday we have psycho-motor, 5th graders are going on a fieldtrip to the Will Geer Theater, and the audiometrist is here to test grade K,2,5. Its also the last day to take AR tests. Parents of 3r graders, your child is starting SBAC testing the following week and 5th graders start testing the week after that. Testing is for the next 3 weeks so please talk to your 3rd, 4th and 5th grader to take this seriously and not to miss school.
